I want to take this time and say thank you to an amazing dentist and his staff. I became a new patient of Dr. Adams when our old dentist retired. They reached out to us to let us know that he forward our file to Dr. Adams office. My husband visited Dr. Adams office first. He came home talking about how wonderful his staff was and how Dr. Adams took time to explain everything to him in detail of what needed to be done and the cost. Dr. Adams took the time to chat and get to know you on a personal level, not just another patient.
I am one that don’t really like going to the dentist but it was time for my cleaning. I told them how sensitive my teeth are and I don’t do pain. He said he could work with that to make me feel comfortable and that he did. I didn’t have any problems whatsoever. He was very honest and up front with me about the dental work needed to be done on my teeth. He didn’t try to fix what wasn’t broken to make money. As a matter of fact he said that everything was good I just need a few things done.
I can say Dr. Adams takes the time to get to know you and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend you make an appointment with his staff and get to know how a real dentist office should work. There customer service is outstanding. Thanks you Dr. Adams and Staff for the wonderful work you do. You make coming to your office a very pleasant experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

I want to thank you and your staff for the excellent treatment that I received and all the help they gave me. There are not many places that would have taken me right away, check my problem, then send me on to Endodontic who took x-rays and could find nothing wrong with my teeth. I will get an appointment with your office the next time that I have a dental problem.
You told me that your Son was a pilot, on the back of this letter are a few of the planes that I flew while in service, yup, that’s me with the DC-3 in New Guinea some 60 years ago. It was a great plane which I flew all over the Pacific after being transferred from the P-38 Lightning Photo Recon base in the Philippines.

I knew the procedure was going to be difficult so I was braced for the worst, but you took it all in stride and did a great job. I’ve often seen before and after pictures but never thought that mine would ever look like that, but when you’re were finished with my front teeth I was pleasantly surprised.
